General Forms

Purchase & Sale Agreement This form controls the terms of sale of property.
Escalation Clause Addendum This addendum offers to have the final purchase price determined by comparing your offer to all other Purchaser’s Availability of Escalation Provision.
Blank Addendum To be used for any other information that needs to be included in the purchase & sale agreement.
Feasibility Release To be used if the party finds the acreage meets their feasibility needs and wishes to waive feasibility on the purchase and sale agreement.
Feasibility Recission To be used if the party, during the feasibility period, finds the acreage does not meet their feasibility needs and wishes to rescind the purchase & sale agreement.
