Home Owner Associations
Owners associations are:
- Used to provide maintenance of common roads and (in some cases) lakes or forest management plans
- Formed prior to any transfer of ownership to investors
- Comprised of investors who take ownership of the land
Road maintenance is the primary reason for the formation of an association and generally addresses roadway grading, roadside brushing and spraying, and culvert upkeep.
